Following a collision or accident，the Master of each vessel involved must render assistance to persons affected by the collision or accident（）.
- Aif he can do so without any risk to his vessel
- Bif he can do so without undue delay
- Cif he can do so without serious danger to his vessel or to individuals on board
- Dwithout regard to any danger to his vessel
